Teaching Scholars

The Honors Teaching Scholars represent the innovative, student-centered teaching that happens in departments throughout the university. These departmental faculty have shown their commitment to Honors education and expanded offerings in their department by developing Honors Discovery Courses. These interdisciplinary courses, which are piloted in the Honors Program and offered in Honors on a regular basis, harness the critical skills taught in Honors Signature Courses and apply them more specifically to a major field of inquiry.
