OFFICE FOR HUMAN SUBJECTS PROTECTION (OHSP)

STUDENT-LED RESEARCH INFORMATION 

The FSU Office for Human Subjects Protection (OHSP) has completed comprehensive, new resources specifically developed for students who will conduct studies that will involve human research participants (“human subjects”). These include a dedicated Student-led Research web page on the OHSP web site; on the web page is an algorithm/decision tree “Does Your Research Require IRB (Institutional Review Board) Review?”, a guidance document (Student-led Research Guidance), FAQs, and key tips for success at navigating the FSU student-led human subjects research review process.
